Refund & Cancellation Policy

Faceless Counsel is a product of Adviselo Collab Studios Private Limited, available at submission.counselvise.com.

1. Prepaid credits

The Service is sold as prepaid credits (a single draft or packs), not a subscription. There is no auto-renewal and no auto-debit. One credit is consumed when you unlock the full submission for a matter.

2. Preview before you pay

Before a credit is consumed, you can preview a portion of your draft. A credit is spent only when you choose to unlock the full submission — so you can judge fit before paying for that draft.

3. Refunds

Because each draft is generated and delivered digitally, a credit that has been consumed (a submission you have unlocked) is generally non-refundable. Unused credits, and genuine cases of technical failure or a duplicate or erroneous charge, are considered individually — write to contact@counselvise.com with your account email and details, and we will review in good faith. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay within a reasonable period.

4. Discretion and misuse

Refunds are at the Company’s reasonable discretion. We may decline a refund where we believe the Service has been misused or these terms breached.

5. Price changes

Prices may change prospectively; credits already purchased are honoured at the price you paid.
