This Policy explains how Adviselo Collab Studios Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”) — operator of Counselvise and Faceless Counsel at submission.counselvise.com — collects and uses personal data. Your data is stored and processed in India.

1. What we collect

Registration and payment information (name, email, phone; billing details processed by Razorpay); the documents you upload for drafting (Assessment Orders, Form 35, notices, replies) and the drafts generated; and usage data (log/IP, device and browser information, actions in the app) with cookies/analytics used on an aggregated basis. Sensitive personal data is handled in accordance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

2. Client documents — special care

The documents you upload may contain third-party (your client’s) personal and financial information. You confirm you are authorised to upload them. We use them only to generate your draft and to operate the Service. Before any content is used to improve our shared knowledge base, client-identifying details (names, PAN, identifying facts) are anonymised. We do not sell your documents, and we do not use identifiable client data to train a shared model.

3. How we use data

To provide and manage your account, credits and drafts; to process payments; to send essential service messages; and to secure and improve the Service. Some account emails are essential and cannot be opted out of; you can opt out of promotional emails at any time.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the Service (for example payment, email, hosting and AI/retrieval processors) under confidentiality, where required by law, or in a business transfer subject to this Policy. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing without your consent.

5. Security

We maintain reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards, and uploaded documents are stored encrypted. No internet transmission is completely secure; you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

6. Retention

We retain your data while your account is active and as required for accounting, legal and other legitimate purposes; we may retain anonymised data for research and improvement. You may request access, correction or deletion.

7. Your rights

You have the right to be informed, and to access, correct, erase, or restrict/object to our processing of your personal data. Email us to exercise these rights.

8. Children

The Service is for persons aged 18 and over; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction at Surat, Gujarat, and disputes resolved per the mechanism in our Terms. We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified on your next login.
